Welcome to Vektor AI. By downloading, accessing, or using the Vektor AI mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. The Service

Vektor AI is a personal productivity and self-improvement application that provides daily planning tools, time blocking, focus sessions, identity tracking, journaling, and personalized notifications. The App is offered by Viktor Blais ("we", "us", "our").

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Account

You may create an account using email/password, Sign in with Apple, or Sign in with Google. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Subscription & Billing

• Vektor AI Pro is available as a monthly auto-renewing subscription at $3.99/month (USD), with a 3-day free trial for new subscribers.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase, or at the end of the free trial period if not canceled beforehand.
• Your subscription automatically renews unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your device's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.
• No refunds are provided for partial billing periods. Refund requests are handled by Apple in accordance with their policies.

5. Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you create in the App, including journal entries, identity statements, commitment letters, plans, and reflections. We do not claim any rights over your content. By using the App, you grant us a limited license to store and process your content solely to provide the service to you.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Attempt to bypass subscription requirements or manipulate the App to access paid features without authorization
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's servers or infrastructure

7. Notifications

If you enable notifications, the App may send you motivational messages, reminders, and schedule-aware nudges. You can disable notifications at any time in your device's Settings or within the App.

8. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any content will be accurate or complete. Vektor AI is a productivity tool, not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the App or by other reasonable means. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from the App's Settings. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases and your data may be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
